Overview: This 6-month target batch is designed for candidates aiming to crack central and state teacher eligibility exams (CTET, HTET, UPTET Paper-1 & Paper-2) in their very first attempt. It covers Child Development & Pedagogy (CDP), subject-specific pedagogy, language grammar, and NCERT-based core subjects along with Previous Years' Questions (PYQs) and full-length mock tests.

Course Syllabus

This syllabus covers both Paper-1 (Classes 1-5) and Paper-2 (Classes 6-8):

Module 1: Child Development & Pedagogy (CDP - 30 Marks)

Child Development Theories: Theories of Piaget, Vygotsky, Kohlberg; Intelligence and Personality.
Inclusive Education: Strategies for teaching children with special needs.
Learning & Pedagogy: Problem-solving skills, motivation, and learning process in children.

Module 2: Language I & II (Hindi / English / Sanskrit - 60 Marks)

Grammar & Comprehension: Reading passages, basic grammar rules (specially for HTET/UPTET), vocabulary, and sentence structure.
Language Pedagogy: Principles of language teaching, listening/speaking/reading/writing skills, and Teaching-Learning Material (TLM).

Module 3: Mathematics & Environmental Studies (Paper-1)

Mathematics: Number system, geometry, measurement, basic arithmetic, and Math Pedagogy.
EVS: Complete NCERT Class 3 to 5 concepts (Family, Food, Shelter, Water, Travel) and EVS Pedagogy.

Module 4: Science & Social Studies (Paper-2)

Science & Math Stream: NCERT-based Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and advanced Mathematics.
Social Studies Stream: History, Geography, Social and Political Life (Civics), and Social Science Pedagogy.

Eligibility

Who can apply for this course

Eligibility Criteria

Paper-1 (Primary Teacher): 10+2 with minimum 50% marks + D.El.Ed / JBT / NTT / B.El.Ed (Passed or Final Year appearing).
Paper-2 (Upper Primary Teacher): Graduation with minimum 50% marks + B.Ed / D.El.Ed (Passed or Final Year appearing).
